Chateau St. Jean Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

This wine consists of Cabernet Sauvignon (88%) blended with Cabernet Franc (10%) and Petit Verdot (2%). After a combination of open and closed-top fermentation, the wine was barreled down for 15 months in two-thirds French oak and one-third American oak. Once the barrel selection was made, the wine was assembled and bottled.
