The 2005 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay is a perfect combination of all the best growing regions in Napa Valley. It boasts flavors of peach and pear on the palate, with just a hint of pineapple, and the mouthfeel is creamy and luscious. This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation because of the considerable richness that is inherent in our fruit. It is a delicious wine that pairs beautifully with food or can be enjoyed alone.
