Bouquet - Fresh and vibrant aromatics with intense aromas of gooseberry, melon and capsicum.

Palate - Mouth filling with a textural and full bodied palate. Finely balanced with appealing fresh fruits and racy acidity. Great concentration and complexity with good length and a clean crisp finish. Drink now or cellar for up to four years.
