The transfers are operated 24 hours per day to meet your flight. You will be greeted by a driver at Brisbane Airport wearing a distinctive gold uniform, who will be ready to take you directly to your accommodation located on the Gold Coast.
This transfer will service all hotels, resorts, backpacker accommodation and private residences on the Gold Coast. Ten and twelve seater mini-coaches are predominately utilized to minimize passenger time in transit and all flights are met on a pre-booked basis. Coaches are equipped with air-conditioning and GPS (Global Positioning System) which provides peace of mind to passengers.

- Zone 2 - Hotels or Homes Benowa, Burleigh, Mermaid Beach, Nobby Beach, Carrara, Clear Is Waters, Nerang, Robina, Stephens and West Burleigh
- Zone 3 - Hotels or Homes in Bilinga, Coolangatta, Currumbin, Elanora, Gilston, Kirra, Mudgeeraba, Palm Beach, Tallai, Tugun and Worongary

- Zone 5 - Hotels or Homes in Banora Point, Terranora, Tweed Heads South and Tweed Heads West

Brisbane Airport to Gold Coast Hotels Transfer
Exit left from Customs and wait inside the terminal. The driver will meet you there with your name on a greet board. You must not move from this area until contact has been made with the driver.

The driver will meet you at the luggage carousel of the airline you have traveled with.
At the time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the 'Special Requirements' or 'Hotel Pick-up' box:

What is the maximum number of bags I can take?
Luggage is limited to 2 suitcases per person. Excess baggage will only be carried at the discretion of Con-X-ion and may be subject to an additional charge. If you are traveling with surfboards/oversize baggage and excess luggage you are required to advise this at the time of booking. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE.
Where do you carry our luggage?
The mini coaches have a trailer attached. The maxi coaches have luggage bins.
Do you have baby capsules?
No. We do not provide baby capsules.
Do all your coaches have seatbelts?
No. Some of the coaches are equipped with seat belts and some are not.
