Black Hills Gold 10-kt. Tree Frog Pendant

I do not buy a lot of jewelry since I rarely wear it. I bought this BHG frog pendant along with the BHG sterling silver frog pendant. I like to be able to change between silver and gold if I want and I loved the look of both. In my opinion both are worth it. I tend to like the smaller thin chains as it gives a dainty feel to the pendant, however, I don't feel that at any time the chain will break or that I will lose the pendant. The frog looks gorgeous, especially close up. It looks good with either a low or high neckline. I would definitely buy this for a friend as a gift, in fact, I am buying my sister the silver one because she loves frogs too. I would buy her this one as well, but she doesn't wear gold. Excellent purchase in my opinion.

The quality is good enough, but it does not look like black hills gold because there is almost no color contrast between the parts of the frog pendant.

Not sure this was a savings - the frog itself is very thin and fragile, appears easily breakable. The necklace was all knotted together when I rec'd it, had to work and work to get it unknotted, and was too flimsy and short, so had to put the frog on another gold chain I had. I like the shape, but at the price, it isn't like it's a huge deal.
