Hmm, not too sure what this product did or is supposed to do. I know that it certainly made my water taste excellent. Other than that, I noticed zero difference in my skin, hair, energy, mood, and all those other benefits it claims to tout. Another placebo product if you ask me.

I will admit that this was an acquired taste; it took me about a good week to get use to the taste but so far the blueberry flavor is the best out of the five that I've tasted. I also found that the liquid mixes well when the bottled water is at room temperature rather than ice cold. With ice cold water, the liquid doesnt dissolve as much and just breaks up into pieces.
