December 07, 2005: I have four children and have used this video to snap back after my last 2 children. I love the flow and find the 20 min. a day very energizing and soothing at the same time. A great well rounded workout.

March 20, 2003: I've been doing traditional Pilates for about a year now, and I love the way Denise does it. I don't do Yoga, but love the Yoga session on this tape too. Boy is it a challenge, but you feel sooooooo good after! Both sessions leave you feeling refreshed, with a sense of well-being. Truly productive workouts in only 20 min. each.
