March 26, 2005: My 9 year old and my 2 year old absolutely had a blast doing this workout video. In the winter there is so much extra energy that needs to be used and this is a great way to help your children use up that extra energy. Denise Austin encourages the children all through the workout and keeps it upbeat the whole way while doing energetic and easy steps. The children on the video seem to really be having fun. The colors are bright and cheery on the set. Not a second rate video, for sure! I highly recommend this for the children & parents, too. Get fit with your children!
